Negatives: Well first thing that strikes me is that your marker or felt tip has been poorly used, especially on the trees. There's no real toning which makes this image look unrealistic. Your colouring also scruffy! they seem to go off in all angles. I suggest you keep to one direction. This image is supposed to show a spring theme. To me it looks more like autumn (Of fall if you're american) because you have leaves falling which are a orangy colour. There are no flowers. I would suggest making or more full of wildlife and bright colours varying in the background.
Positives: Your anatomy is pretty OK just a few adjustments to make. i like how you tried to add some patterns to your pathways and included a stone path into the forest. Your scale is very good and the positioning is great. the facial expressions are good. the hair designs and fringe are draw in good length and position. I also like how you tried to make a shadow under the girl.
Improvements: improve colouring techniques, anatomy, variation of colour and line art.
Side note: Your comet looks more like coconut that is about to hit your character XD. It would look better if it was white like the movies.
